Before training begins, every client will receive a comprehensive
fitness assessment that tests for body composition, muscular
endurance, aerobic capacity, flexibility, and more.  The fitness
assessment is an important tool because it provides a set of
baseline numbers that will help us set goals and develop an effective
strategy for achieving them.  Subsequent assessments will be
performed after periods of training to chart progress and make
appropriate adjustments to the program. These measurements will
also give you an indication of how your fitness level compares to the
national norms for your age group.
