Jarod Mills, MS, CSCS
Jarod is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the
National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the highest-level
certification in the field of personal training and sports performance.  He
holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Exercise and Sport Science from
Florida International University in Miami, Florida.  Jarod has over 7 years
experience training and coaching athletes and individuals of all ages and
ability levels.  He has worked with high school and college athletes, cardiac
rehabilitation patients, youth and elderly populations as well as general
fitness enthusiasts.  Jarod is skilled at developing personalized programs
to meet a variety of fitness goals, from general fitness and weight loss to
sports performance and body building.
